First Goal: Weight Loss

I, like many others, have always seemed to struggle with my weight. It’s time for me to fix that for good.

For a goal to be defined as a “good” goal it needs to be specific and measurable. If you really want to get nerdy with it you can look into what a S.M.A.R.T Goal is.

With that being said my target weight is 180 lbs.

I currently 215 lbs, and that is completely ridiculous for my 5’6″ frame. My clothing has all become way to tight and very uncomfortable, as I’m not willing to move up another size so I’ll just loose the weight instead.
